Day 285

TERRIBLE food day. But it's the first one that I've had in over nine months. I'm okay with it. I'll be able to get it back together on vacation.  

June 20- 135

Breakfast- fiber one

Lunch- chicken and rice/quinoa and chips

Snack- larabar

Dinner- broccoli chicken, rice and ice cream :(
