Survived vacation. Tomorrow it's back to what I know will work to get me back down. Anxious to step on the scale in the morning, but I need to know how much work I'll have.

Breakfast- oatmeal with chia
Snack- cliff bar and rice cakes
Lunch- salad with chicken
Dinner- fajita bowl and chips and secret ice cream :/
