A little better today. I was down a smidge and ate relatively well today. Just need to fight off this DQ craving right now. Ugh...summertime is so hard

Breakfast- fiber one and tea
Lunch- taco meat, brown rice and black beans and chips
Snack- larabar
Dinner- turkey burger, watermelon, carrots and chips
My husband, Josh, and I have 4 boys. They are 6, 4, and 2! In August, we welcomed our fourth son to our lives. We created this blog to record the simple and the big moments in their lives for them to go back and look at throughout the years and to help us remember what's happened in their lives as well.
