Day 328-329

Down a little bit. It's good to know I can do it. But then I blow it all at the end of the day. Oh well. New day tomorrow and I have a break from my kids which honestly, might help. 

August 4- 136

Breakfast- fiber one and tea

Lunch- chicken, black beans, couscous and chips

Snack- larabar

Dinner- BBQ chicken salad and dq
