Glad I stepped back on. Hanging right in there...

May 15- 132.2

Breakfast- fiber one 

Snack- banana

Lunch- taco meat, black beans, brown rice, chips, strawberries and grapes

Snack- larabar

Dinner- salad with chicken, craisins and chia seeds, yonanas
