Day 262

I stepped on today. Wished I hadn't.  But no going back. I'm hoping that AF actually comes back in the next few days. That might make a difference too. But we'll see. 

May 29- 136

Breakfast- oatmeal

Lunch- salad with chicken and toppings, fruit salad

Snack- larabar

Dinner- chips and larabar and veggies (later)
