Still haven't weighed myself. I know my eating hasn't been spot on and I'm afraid to see what it says. I need a couple days of great eating and then I will.

Breakfast- oatmeal with chia seeds
Lunch- taco meat, black bean, couscous and chia chips, pea pods and grapes
My husband, Josh, and I have 4 boys. They are 6, 4, and 2! In August, we welcomed our fourth son to our lives. We created this blog to record the simple and the big moments in their lives for them to go back and look at throughout the years and to help us remember what's happened in their lives as well.
