Another no dinner, down in the morning kind of day. Oh well...

Breakfast- oatmeal and tea

Lunch- salsa chicken and quinoa, broccoli, squash

Snack- larabar

Post workout- smoothie

Dinner- cranberry chicken, corn and carrots

Exercise- rip't circuit
