Up a little, but it's okay. I really need to cut down the diet coke intake. But this has been a long week with a training all day, every day. I'll get back to more water next week once I'm back at school.

Breakfast- scrambled egg and fruit salad
Snack- banana
Lunch- qudoba naked burrito and chips and larabar
Dinner-smoothie (stuck with a smoothie again because of over indulging in tortilla chips all day!)
My husband, Josh, and I have 4 boys. They are 6, 4, and 2! In August, we welcomed our fourth son to our lives. We created this blog to record the simple and the big moments in their lives for them to go back and look at throughout the years and to help us remember what's happened in their lives as well.
