Day 207

Long weekend ahead. I'm going to do what I can but it will just have to be what it is. 

April 4- 136

Breakfast- oatmeal

Snack- banana

Lunch- salad with chicken and almonds, carrots and grapes

Snack- peanuts and raisins

Dinner- chicken wrap with BBQ

Exercise- none
