Day 218

End of the day again and just now getting around to this. Ugh---

Breakfast- oatmeal

Snack- melon

Lunch- southwest veggie soup, pita chips, grapes and strawberries

Snack- larabar

Dinner- salad, chili and yonanas 

Exercise- none
