Day 217

Up a little bit, but back to work today so that should help. 

April 14- 137.3

Breakfast- oatmeal

Snack- banana

Lunch-meatballs and quinoa, carrots and grapes

Snack- pear

Dinner- black bean soup and chips

Dessert- smoothie

Exercise- none
