Not too bad. Here's hoping I can get my quick workout in today once we are all home. Yesterday was a busy day and there wasn't a minute to squeeze it in. I am just going to count it as my rest day and keep going.

Breakfast- fiber one with almond milk and tea
Lunch- black beans with couscous and lettuce and grapes
My husband, Josh, and I have 4 boys. They are 6, 4, and 2! In August, we welcomed our fourth son to our lives. We created this blog to record the simple and the big moments in their lives for them to go back and look at throughout the years and to help us remember what's happened in their lives as well.
