Day 101

Not the way to start the second 100 days. But what can I do?  I'm not even sure how it happened. Oh well-- moving on. 

December 20- 149.4

Breakfast- oatmeal

Lunch- carrots, salad with chicken, apple

Snack- larabar 

Dinner- pink smoothie and veggies

Exercise- phase two upper
