Day 85

Who knows?!  I think it was probably a salt thing but I'm not sure.  Plus I am drinking a lot of liquids. It helps to make the day pass even quicker. 

December 4- 152.2

Breakfast- fiber one and tea with almond milk

Lunch- quinoa taco, carrots and apple

Snack- Larabar

Dinner- quinoa and veggie soup and chips

Post workout-pink smoothie

Exercise- pink phase 1 pull
