December 28- 145 (haha-- the only thing good from the whole thing. I know this will bounce back up soon)
Breakfast- toast and banana
Lunch- applesauce
Snack-larabar
Dinner- chicken noodle soup (not at all a pink choice but it was the only thing that sounded good)
Exercise-- does getting off the couch count?? ;)
