Day 99

Exercise is the key!  I thought for sure I had eaten too much yesterday, but the little workout and smaller dinner afterwards must have helped.

December 18- 148

Breakfast- oatmeal

Lunch- chicken, quinoa, peppers and onions, apple

Snack- Larabar

Dinner- pink smoothie

Exercise- phase one pull (On to phase two tomorrow!!)
