Still feeling good. I think my lack of food yeterday moved the scale down, but I'll take it. I'm looking forward to my stretching workout today. I know it will still be hard, but it will be good.

Breakfast- oatmeal
Lunch- salad and apple
Snack- Larabar
Dinner- chicken and mixed steamed veggies
Exercise- stretch
