Day 152

I knew I would be up today. It was a little more than I expected, but it's okay. Moving on...

February 9- 139.1

Breakfast- fiber one and tea

Lunch- black beans and tortilla chips (too many)

Post workout-smoothie

Dinner- salad with chicken, almonds, croutons, chia seeds, craisins, and strawberries and half an apple

Exercise- lower focus
