Lunch- salad with chicken, craisins, almonds and croutons, carrots an pea pods, larabar
Snack- grapes and popcorn
Dinner- taco meat, beans, couscous and rice chips
Exercise- none
Not too excited about today but it could have been a ton worse. Tomorrow is a new day.
