Day 168

Holding steady... I guess I'll take it. 

February 25- 138.9

Breakfast- oatmeal and tea

Lunch- quinoa and veggie soup, carrots and pea pods, grapes and larabar

Snack- pear

Dinner/post workout- salad with chicken, croutons, craisins, and almonds, and smoothies and chia chips

Exercise- upper focus
