Day 156

Back down again... But I am hungry today!!  We'll see what happens.

Breakfast- oatmeal with chia and tea

Lunch- taco meat, black beans, couscous and lettuce, carrots and pea pods, and larabar

Snack- apple

Dinner- chimichanga, black beans, lettuce and rice chips 

Exercise- none
