Day 171

Thought I would be up today. Glad that I wasn't. I'm ready to get a good workout in tonight. 

February 28- 137.8

Breakfast- oatmeal and tea

Lunch- taco meat and couscous with lettuce, carrot and pea pods, larabar, rice crackers

Snack- apple

Dinner/post workout- chicken wrap and smoothie

Exercise- dynamic core
