Day 160

I somehow managed to not blog yesterday. I think it's the first time I have done that!

February 17- 138.9

Breakfast- fiber one and tea

Lunch- quinoa and veggie soup, rice crackers, grapes

Snack- larabar

Dinner- stuffed pepper and chips 

Post workout/dessert- smoothie

Exercise- cardio
