Day 37

Another day-- another crazy scale-- oh well. Here we go!

October 17-159.6

Breakfast- fiber one and almond milk

Lunch-taco meat, black beans, couscous, lettuce, cheese and grapes

Snack- peach

Snack-sugar free cookie/cupcake for a birthday (this was tough but life goes on)

Dinner-quinoa and roasted veggies

Exercise- none--it was just one of those days!
