Day 50

Day 50 and not the results I was expecting on the scale this morning. I know it's just my body going into starvation mode because I didn't eat enough yesterday. We'll see what happens tomorrow. 

October 30- 156.4

Breakfast-oatmeal

Lunch- quinoa, vegetables, muffin and grapes

Snack- popcorn

Dinner-soup and grapes
